At Mazzo, transparency and precision are part of our promise. Below is exactly how we build, verify, and deliver every watch, so you know what to expect at every step.
Design, Build & Assembly
Our Mazzo watches are in-house assembled by our team in Canada. Where applicable, components and movements are Swiss manufactured; final assembly and hand regulation are completed at our workshop to ensure each watch meets the most precise accuracy standards.
Every Mazzo watch ships in our signature presentation box, complete with a protective travel case, certificate of authenticity, serial registration, and a 5 year Warranty card with NFC
Timing: Made to order builds (Signature, Fusion, Sportivo) are assemble, engraved and tested prior to shipping. Please allow up to 12 business days from order confirmation for assembly, regulation, and final inspection. Some limited editions and orders with custom engravings requested, may take longer than expected.
Seiko Mod's
Each Seiko mod available through Mazzo Watches is a custom built piece assembled with authentic Seiko movements and selected high quality aftermarket components.
While inspired by iconic designs, these watches are not affiliated with or endorsed by Seiko or any other brand.
Every mod is assembled on demand, built only once your order is confirmed.
Our watchmaker test, regulate, and seal each piece before shipment to ensure the best possible accuracy and reliability.
Production and quality control take up to 10 business days prior to shipping.
Certified Pre-Owned Authentication
Every certified pre-owned watch is inspected by our experts and independently authenticated. The authentication process includes:
Visual and serial verification
Movement inspection and functionality testing

Shipping & Communication
We’ll email you an estimated ship date when your order is confirmed and notify you again when the watch ships (tracking included).
Expected ship time is shown on every product page, we recommend checking that field before purchase if timing is critical.
Final note on accuracy & trust
We regulate every movement in-house and visually verify every detail. This hands-on approach helps us deliver consistent accuracy and gives you confidence in every Mazzo watch you own.
Policies & Disclosures
At Mazzo Watches, precision isn’t a claim, it’s a process. We choose high quality stainless steel (316L and 904L), Solid titanium, sapphire, and Swiss movements, then take them further in-house, regulating each watch to a ≤ 5 s/day target and pressure testing to it's spec.
We don’t print “Swiss Made” on the dial; we earn the standard in the workshop. Tight tolerances, clean assembly, and final QC on fit, accuracy, and water-tightness. piece by piece.
If you value engineering you can feel on the wrist, welcome.
